Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ReachFuel (“we”, “us”) collects when you use reachfuel.app and our related services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. ReachFuel is run by Fizza, an independent developer based in Pakistan. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at merndevfizza@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash — we can never see them. You may also upload a profile picture.
• Tool inputs and results: the text you type into our tools (for example a video topic or a comment you want to reply to) and the results generated for you. If you are logged in, these are saved to your history so you can find them again.
• Payment details: for JazzCash or Easypaisa payments, the plan you chose, the number you paid from and the transaction ID you submit. For card payments, the payment is handled by our payment provider (Safepay); we receive the payment status and a reference, never your full card number or PIN.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Usage limits: for visitors without an account we store a one-way hash of the IP address to apply the free usage limit. We do not store the IP address itself for this purpose.
• Basic visit statistics: our own counter records which pages are viewed, the device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the country (from our hosting provider’s location header). It uses a random visitor ID kept in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie, and does not record your name or IP address.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the tools, generate your results and show your history.
• To create and secure your account, keep you logged in, and send password-reset codes.
• To verify payments and activate Pro plans.
• To apply fair usage limits and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
• To understand which pages and tools are useful so we can improve them.
• To show advertising that keeps the free tools free (see section 5).
• To reply to your questions and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services we use

• Google Gemini API — the text you enter into an AI tool is sent to Google’s Gemini service to generate your result. Please don’t enter passwords, card numbers or other sensitive personal information into the tools.
• Google AdSense — shows ads on the website (see section 5).
• MongoDB Atlas — stores our database (accounts, history and payment records).
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Safepay — processes card payments when you choose to pay by card.
• Gmail (Google) — sends account emails such as password-reset codes.
• Unsplash — some photos on the site are loaded from Unsplash’s image servers, which receive standard technical data (such as your IP address) when an image loads.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use:

• Essential cookie: a secure login cookie that keeps you signed in. Without it, accounts can’t work.
• Local storage: the random visitor ID used by our visit counter. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
• Advertising cookies: Google and its partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to show and measure ads, as explained below.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies you won’t be able to log in, but the tools and calculators will still work for guests.

5. Advertising — Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show ads on ReachFuel. Pro members do not see ads.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
• Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time.

6. How long we keep information

• Account details and history: until you delete your account.
• Payment records: as long as needed for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Password-reset codes expire after 10 minutes.
• Visit statistics are kept as daily totals; the per-visitor daily record is deleted automatically after 120 days.

7. Your choices and rights

• Access and download: logged-in users can download a copy of their data from Dashboard → Settings.
• Correction: you can update your name and profile picture from your account page.
• Deletion: you can permanently delete your account, history and pending payments from Dashboard → Account at any time, or ask us to do it by email.
• Advertising: manage personalised ads using the links in section 5.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, secure HTTP-only login cookies and access controls on our database. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

ReachFuel is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Social media accounts

We never ask for your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or any other social media password, and we do not access your social media accounts.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
