What the Brand Deal Pitch does

The Brand Deal Pitch tool helps social media creators reach out to brands for paid collaborations. You describe yourself, including your niche and who your audience is, add your real stats if you want, and name the brand or type of brand you want to work with.

It returns four pieces: a full email pitch, a short DM version for messaging the brand directly, a media kit summary in bullet style, and three collaboration ideas tailored to that brand. If you leave the stats blank, the tool uses placeholders such as [followers] instead of inventing numbers, so you can fill in accurate figures yourself. The tone aims to be professional and confident without sounding pushy.

How to use it

  1. 1Select the platform you mainly create on.
  2. 2Describe your niche and audience, such as city, age range, interests and what kind of content you make.
  3. 3Add real stats like followers, average views and engagement rate, or leave them blank and fill in the placeholders later.
  4. 4Name the brand, or a type of brand if you are pitching several.
  5. 5Generate, personalise the opening line for each brand, and send the email or DM from your professional account.

Example

Input

About: Karachi fashion creator, mostly women 18–30, affordable outfit ideas. Stats: [leave blank]. Brand: a local clothing brand.

Sample output

  • Short DM pitch: Hi [Brand] team! I make affordable outfit ideas for young women in Karachi and your lawn collection fits my audience perfectly. Could I share a quick collab idea?
  • 3 collaboration ideas: a "3 ways to style one kurta" Reel, a try-on haul for the new collection, a giveaway with a shopping voucher.

The pitch is short, explains why the brand fits the audience, and ends with an easy question instead of a demand.

Tips for better results

  • Calculate your engagement rate before pitching with the Engagement Rate Calculator at /tools/engagement-rate-calculator. Brands often ask for it.
  • Mention something specific about the brand, such as a recent product, so the message does not read like a copy-paste.
  • Pitch brands your audience already buys from or could realistically afford. Fit matters more than size.
  • Include two or three links to your best posts, not your whole profile.
  • Follow up once after about a week if you hear nothing, then move on.
  • Decide your rate range before you send the pitch, so you are not caught off guard when they ask.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Inflating follower counts or views. Brands can ask for screenshots, and getting caught ends the relationship.
  • Sending the same message to fifty brands with only the name changed.
  • Asking for free products in the first message instead of offering value.
  • Agreeing to a deal without clear terms on deliverables, usage rights and payment dates.

Platform by platform

Each platform has its own habits. Here is how to use the results on each one — open a platform for a version tuned to it.

TikTokTikTok brands often care about views and how well your video style fits theirs, so mention average views and link one or two posts in the format you would make for them. Check whether TikTok's creator marketplace is available in your region.TikTok version InstagramFor Instagram, brands usually ask for Reels reach, Stories views and audience location, which you can find in Insights. Add those to the media kit summary and send the DM from your professional account. Screenshots of audience age and city breakdowns make the media kit more convincing.Instagram version YouTubeYouTube deals are often integrations inside a longer video or a dedicated Short. Mention average views per video and audience country in the pitch, and suggest where in the video the brand mention would appear.YouTube version FacebookFacebook pages and groups can be useful to local brands, especially for community reach. Include page reach and group membership in your stats, and suggest ideas like a live session or community giveaway. Local restaurants, shops and events are often the easiest first partners.Facebook version XOn X, brand deals often involve a short thread or a series of posts. Pitch with links to threads that got good replies, and mention the topics your followers engage with most. Tag or mention the brand only after they have shown interest, not as a public pitch.X version LinkedInLinkedIn creators can pitch software tools, courses, recruitment and B2B brands. Keep the email pitch formal and describe your audience by job roles and industries rather than age. Show proof of conversations, such as comments from relevant professionals, rather than likes alone.LinkedIn version ThreadsThreads is still a newer space for brand deals, so position yourself as someone with an engaged conversation rather than big reach. Combine Threads with your Instagram stats in the pitch if they share an audience.Threads version PinterestPinterest deals often focus on clicks and saves over time, so mention monthly views and outbound clicks from your analytics. Suggest idea Pins or boards built around the brand's products. Brands selling home, fashion, food or wedding products often fit Pinterest well.Pinterest version SnapchatSnapchat creators can offer Stories and Spotlight content. Lead with your audience age range and Story views, and suggest casual, behind-the-scenes style collaborations that suit the app. Offer screenshots of Story view counts, since brands cannot see them publicly.Snapchat version
