What the UGC Ad Script does

The UGC Ad Script tool writes two creator-style video ad scripts for social media. UGC means user-generated content: a real person talking to the camera about a product, filmed on a phone, rather than a studio advert. You enter the product, its main benefit, the video length (15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds) and the language.

Each script is broken into six parts: HOOK, PROBLEM, DEMO, PROOF, CTA and a SHOT LIST that tells you what to film. The scripts are written to sound like a normal person, and the tool does not invent results, reviews or statistics, so the PROOF section points to things you can genuinely show. This is a Pro tool, available on ReachFuel's paid plan.

How to use it

  1. 1Pick the platform where the ad will run.
  2. 2Describe the product, including the price if it helps the pitch.
  3. 3Enter the single main benefit you want people to remember.
  4. 4Choose a length and language, then generate two scripts.
  5. 5Film both scripts using the shot list, ideally with a real customer or creator, and run them as separate ads to see which one works.

Example

Input

Product: vitamin C face serum, Rs 1,800. Main benefit: brighter-looking skin. Length: 30 seconds. Language: Roman Urdu.

Sample output

  • SCRIPT A — HOOK: "Mujhe laga tha yeh serum bhi baaki sab jaisa hoga..." | PROBLEM: Dull skin after long work days. | DEMO: Two drops, pat in, show the texture close up.
  • PROOF: Show your own routine over a week, without promising any result. | CTA: "Link bio mein hai, try karo." | SHOT LIST: Close-up of bottle, application in mirror, natural-light face shot.

The hook sounds like a personal admission, which is how real creators talk. The proof is something you can actually film instead of a claim you cannot back up.

Tips for better results

  • Film in natural light with the phone at eye level. A slightly imperfect video often feels more believable than a polished one.
  • Shoot three or four different hooks for the same script. The hook is the part most worth testing.
  • Let the person speaking adjust the words so they sound like themselves. A memorised script sounds stiff.
  • Show the product in use within the first few seconds, not only at the end.
  • Add on-screen captions, since many people watch with the sound off.
  • If you pay a creator for UGC, agree in writing on where and how long you can use the video in ads.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Presenting a paid actor's words as a genuine customer review. Be honest about who is speaking.
  • Making health, skincare or money claims you cannot prove. Platforms reject these ads and buyers stop trusting you.
  • Cramming a 60-second script into a 15-second slot. Cut the problem section first.
  • Ending without a clear action, so viewers enjoy the video but do not know what to do next.

Platform by platform

Each platform has its own habits. Here is how to use the results on each one — open a platform for a version tuned to it.

TikTokUGC is the native style of TikTok, so these scripts fit almost unchanged. Use the shot list to keep cuts quick, and consider running the best version through TikTok's creator ad options so it appears from a creator's account.TikTok version InstagramUse the scripts for Reels and Stories ads in 9:16 vertical format. Keep important text away from the bottom of the frame, where the caption and buttons cover the video. Record a separate opening line for Stories, where viewers tap forward fast.Instagram version YouTubeFor YouTube Shorts ads use the 15 or 30-second version. For in-stream ads, make sure the hook and product appear before viewers can skip, so even skipped views carry the message. Speak the product name out loud early, because many viewers listen rather than read.YouTube version FacebookFacebook ads appear in Feed as well as Reels, so test a square or 4:5 crop alongside the vertical version. Captions burned into the video matter here because Feed often plays muted. Test which crop gives the lower cost per result before filming more.Facebook version XVideo ads on X play in a fast text feed, so the 15-second script with captions works best. Put the product name in the first line of the post text too. Upload the video natively rather than linking to another platform.X version LinkedInOn LinkedIn, adapt the UGC style to a professional speaker, such as a founder or customer explaining a work problem. Swap casual slang in the hook for a direct business statement. A short demo of the product solving a work task is usually more convincing than enthusiasm.LinkedIn version ThreadsThreads is mainly text-first, but video ads can run where Meta offers the placement. If you use it, keep the hook short and conversational and check current placement options in ads manager first. Run it as one placement inside a wider Meta campaign rather than a standalone ad.Threads version PinterestOn Pinterest, video Pins work best when they show the product being used for a clear purpose. Use the DEMO and SHOT LIST sections, and make the hook about the outcome someone is planning for.Pinterest version SnapchatSnapchat ads are full-screen and skippable almost instantly, so open with the strongest visual from the shot list. The 15-second script with a casual selfie-style delivery fits the app well. Talk directly to the lens as if sending a Snap to a friend.Snapchat version
